Model owners
List and create catalog vendors (model owners).
Model owners
Prefix: /api/v1/catalog/vendors

A model owner is a catalog vendor. name is required. When slug is omitted, the server derives one from the name. When sourceId is omitted, the row is stored as manual source c4a7a10c-a701-4e89-b012-345678902013.
